Take that word and think of how, for example, an efficient person would solve a problem or react to a demanding situation? If we pick a phrase such as successful, picture how an effective person would stroll, talk, act, socialize and carry out at work.
When we live just one word, it is remarkable how our brains will use the essence of that word into our every thought, deed, and action. It is easier to live one word daily than to make a massive shift into "positive thinking," especially when not whatever about our day is positive.
